Governance
The Company Officers Section is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of four executive officers—Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer—who serve two-year terms, along with eight At-Large Directors serving staggered three-year terms. Executive officers are elected by the current Board, while At-Large Directors are elected by section members, ensuring strong member representation and leadership continuity.
